No onsite installation is required if customers transfer their Internet service directly from Rogers, .
For new installations, technician visit is required. There will be Rogers technicians come to your place during your appointment time to connect and test Internet signal. Customers need to keep their registered contact phone numbers activated during the waiting period in case technicians call for confirmation. If customers miss the call, the appointment will be cancelled. |

If your internet is not working on the activation date, we will need to open a trouble ticket with Rogers first. Rogers should respond the ticket within 24-48 hours. Once the problem is fixed, your activation date will be changed to the date when the service starts working or the credit will be issued for the period from the activation date to the date service starts working. However, if you refuse our support and insist to cancel the service, the activation fee and first month service will not be refunded.

2 business days prior notice is required to cancel the order before activation. Otherwise, the service will be considered activated and no refund can be issued in that case.
